Welcome

We are delighted to be able to welcome visitors back to Pashley Manor Gardens.

Please may we ask that you do not visit the gardens you or anyone in your party are unwell or may be suffering with any symptoms of COVID-19.

Know Before You Go

Before booking and before travelling please read our latest information on what's open (link to https://www.pashleymanorgardens.com/visitorinformation/)

To keep our visitors safe the layout and flow of the property and parking may change. Signage around the site and members of our team will provide guidance. We may have set up new routes, such as a one-way systems. Please look out for any new signs around the gardens and property and please adhere to these.

Visitors with accessible needs are made most welcome but please note the gardens are only partially accessible – the formal gardens, terrace, gift shop and cafe are all accessible but the steeper gravel paths towards the woodland, in the woodland and behind the ponds are difficult to navigate. Due to the sloping nature of the garden, and the gravel/grass paths throughout, motorised wheelchairs are advised or a strong person to push!

We advise you to telephone before visiting so that we may give you full details of access to ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience. We have two wheelchairs (non-motorised) which we loan (they must be pre-booked). Please do ask us for a map on arrival.

Visitors with accessible needs: Standard charges apply to visitors with accessible needs, carers are free of charge and should select a Carer Ticket. Proof of disability will be requested on arrival, which may include a Blue Badge, statement of special educational needs from LEA or NHS, or a letter from a medical professional on NHS headed paper or a DLA letter from the department of Work & Pensions.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the gardens (with the exception of trained assistance dogs).

We usually (depending on government guidelines in place at the time of visit) have refreshments available to purchase on site and a Gift Shop and Plant Sales area. We reserve the right to change food service times and change the food offering to reflect seasonal variation. At any time we may need to close these services in line with government guidance; tickets purchased are for garden entry only – we cannot guarantee that the Café or Gift Shop will be open on the day of your visit. We ask for your understanding that during peak times, especially while social distancing measures limit the amount of café seating available, we may not be able to cater for all visitors to the gardens.

Picnics may be taken in the Car Park field where there are some tables and benches. We regret that picnics may not be taken in the gardens. Please ensure that all litter is taken away with you.

CCTV cameras are used to assist with Security and Health & Safety.

We reserve the right to exclude anyone from the premises whose behaviour is improper and which may affect the enjoyment or safety of our other guests and staff, without the right to a refund.

Pashley Manor Gardens accept no liability for any accident, loss or damage to persons or property on the Estate (nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom).

Parking

Free parking for Garden visitors. Visitor’s park at their own risk - Pashley Manor Gardens take no responsibility for the visitors’ vehicles or belongings whilst parked in the Car Park. Campervans that are used for transport are welcome but are not permitted to stay overnight. Please note our car park is a sloping grass field – with a gate designed for cars – very long vehicles would not make the turn into the car park field and very heavy vehicles risk getting stuck if the ground is soft.
